Hayden Panettiere vs. Eva Mendes — Fashion Faceoff
What happens when screen siren Eva Mendes and "Heroes" hottie Hayden Panettiere wear the same silk chiffon Gucci gown almost 10 months apart? Surprisingly, a whole lot of fashion faux pas! Let's break down the two very different ways the ladies modeled the '70s-inspired design, and try to determine just who wore it best.
Hayden, 22, stepped out in the dress for the "Vanities" soiree on February 20 in Hollywood. She added a yellow Laura Merkin clutch and Christian Louboutin snakeskin platforms, then finished her look by pulling back her blond locks.
Eva, who turns 38 on March 5, wore the gown on April 25 at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival in NYC. The "Training Day" actress accessorized with Van Cleef and Arpels jewels and Jimmy Choo heels, while leaving her dark mane down in waves.
I have no doubt this dress was stunning coming down the runway, but it's obviously tough to pull off on the red carpet! Eva, for example, is gorgeous in the color, but the shape of the gown is too matronly for the "Hitch" star. However, I do like that she's worn her hair down and the fact that her shoes don't distract from the dress. In contrast, Hayden's eye-catching footwear and her bright handbag are a little too much. But what really kills the overall ensemble for me is the "Scream 4" actress' up do, which adds years to her look. Therefore, I declare Eva the winner of this style showdown. Do you agree?

Facebook adding banks for IPO: source
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Facebook Inc will add banks in coming weeks to help underwrite its initial public offering, two sources familiar with its plans said on Friday.
Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Citigroup are among the banks that will likely be added, said the sources, who requested anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly on the matter.
Last September, Facebook increased its credit line to $2.5 billion.
One of the sources said that the credit line may be increased to about $5 billion in the future.
In February 2011, Facebook set up a $1.5 billion credit agreement with affiliates of Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital, the leading underwriters of the company's IPO.
Facebook plans to increase its credit line to help cover a tax bill related to employee stock awards that will vest soon after it goes public.
On February 1, Facebook filed regulatory documents for an IPO.
Bloomberg reported earlier on Friday that Facebook would add banks to its roster of IPO underwriters.A spokesman for Facebook declined to comment. Representatives for Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and Credit Suisse also declined to comment.

Will Lenox Hill, Beyonce and Jay-Z Get Sued By Angry Patients?
Continuing the Blue Ivy Carter mayhem, Beyonce and Jay-Z made headlines after the birth of their new baby girl for their supposed tight hospital security, which allegedly prevented other patients from seeing their children.
According to Brooklyn man, Neil Coulon, the Carters' personal bodyguards prevented many New Yorkers by keeping many new parents and relatives away from the wards, waiting rooms, and even hallways to maintain the privacy of Bey and Jay in New York’s Lenox Hill Hospital.
"Three times they stopped me from entering or exiting the NICU and it happened once on Friday -- just because they wanted to use the hallway," Coulon told the New York Daily News. “They should have been more strategic about it. These are children with problems in intensive care and you're just going to take over the hospital like you own it? All I want is an apology.”
He continued, “I know they spent $1.3 million and I'm just a contractor from Bed-Stuy [Bedford-Stuyvesant], but the treatment we received was not okay ... My wife is just terribly upset. She had a C-section. She gave birth to twins ... Nobody needs this ... This is the NICU. Nobody cares if you're a celebrity. Nobody is star-gazing. They just want to see their children. To have that circus roll into town and ruin our parade was unpleasant.”
Since then, the Lenox Hill Hospital has denied such allegations, and have even released an official statement on the matter, reading: “No security plan that we or the Carters’ security team put in place would have prevented or delayed families from gaining access … and to date, no families have complained to the hospital about being denied access to the NICU.”
Coulon and his wife have requested an apology and to date there is no word if this apology was made, leading many to believe the local couple and other patients are building a civil case against all parties involved. Jay and Beyonce have yet to speak on the matter.
Beyonce N Jay-Z
Look out Will and Jada, your days as Hollywood’s coolest parents are numbered! While strolling the red carpet at the VMA’s last night Beyonce announced her latest collaboration with husband Jay-Z: a child! The news is not totally unexpected, as Bebe had hinted that she wanted a baby by the age of thirty. Considering she turns the big 3-0 on Sunday, we’d say her timing is right on! In honor of the happy news, we’d like to present the fab ‘n’ fierce twosome with own lil gift: a gallery of their cutest couple-y moments. This is heirloom material, you guys.
CAMERON DIAZ
Party girls Cameron Diaz (in Victoria Beckham) and Kate Hudson (in vintage Versace) looked like they were having more fun than any other celebs in attendance at the VF fete. Perhaps the open bar had something to do with that.
VAMPIRE DIARIES ACTRESS
Roberto Cavalli gown "Modern Family" minx Sofia Vergara wore to the Vanity Fair party? Hot or not?
Nina Dobrev (in J. Mendel) and her "Vampire Diaries" co-star/boyfriend Ian Somerhalder (in Armani) easily made for one of the evening's most stylish couples!

Kardashians
arrived in style at the VF festivities.
Kim opted for a gothic look in Alaia. Her sister, Kourtney, went Grecian in a Raoul gown, and both Kardashians nearly disappeared standing next to the super sexy Heidi Klum, who put them both to shame in her Versace mini and Louboutin pumps.

VICTORIA SECRET MODEL
host James Franco just looked like a vagrant at the Mercedes-Benz viewing party at Soho House in West Hollywood, CA.
Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio and reality "star" Kourtney Kardashian showed off their growing baby bumps at Elton John's yearly shindig.

Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes
red carpet in a plunging, silver Zuhair Murad gown, but the diva extraordinaire looked even better at the annual Vanity Fair afterparty in yet another revealing Murad masterpiece. Luckily -- at the post-ceremony soiree -- J.Lo didn't suffer a second slip. Her first frock may have showcased a bit too much skin, but her encore ensemble was utter perfection.
Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes -- who debuted a new, bang-enhanced 'do -- partied the night away with Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham and her hubby, soccer star/underwear model, David.
